●  Google Pixel 8

LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

2023

  Google Pixel 8

DESCRIPTION
Built with AI at the centre for a more helpful and personal experience, with camera improvements and an elegant new design, the Pixel 8 launched in late 2023.

We were tasked with creating campaign assets for channels including display, social and print across Europe - in line with the rest of the fast-paced launch campaign.

We took a direct approach to typography with the aim of establishing it within the market, and worked with creators on social to bring features to life.

 Paris 2024 Qualifiers

APP CAMPAIGN

2022

  Paris 2024 Qualifiers

DESCRIPTION
The qualifiers are one of the key priorities to build engagement and excitement on the Road to Paris 2024. This journey kicked off with the Street Skateboarding Pro Tour in June 2022.

We partnered with the International Olympic Committee to build the hype around these events with digital ads, which ran as digital banners, app campaigns and social across Brazil, France, Japan and the USA.

With the visual identity of the games only in the early stages, I curated imagery from the Tokyo Olympic Games and explored three design solutions to make this work on digital formats.

●  Brixton Finishing School

BRAND IDENTITY

2020

  Brixton Finishing School

DESCRIPTION
Brixton Finishing School exists to disrupt how the marketing, advertising & communication industries recruit talent - with the aim of making industry roles accessible to anyone who has the talent and drive to succeed.

We created a bold identity, strengthening their brand on social and digital for the launch of new programmes.

The full process covered brand concepts all the way through to final delivery, exploring type and image treatment with feedback from Brixton Finishing School’s current students. It was a project I’m very proud to be a part of and one that continues to make a difference.

●  FT: The Edit

APP CAMPAIGN

2022

  FT: The Edit

DESCRIPTION
FT Edit is a new app by the Financial Times that offers 8 in-depth articles a day. The app aims to replace the endless scrolling on social media and news sites with more thought-provoking reading time. It’s the first new app the company has launched in a decade.

We developed a campaign to amplify the launch across two key markets, the UK and US. We devised a campaign tagline and design direction that worked across social, app campaigns and video.

I took direct inspiration from the app’s UI, both from the article cards themselves and the UX of navigating through the articles into our initial concepts.

The process included adhering to the Financial Times guidelines, and considering best practices in each of the platforms the ad ran on.

●  Google Pixel 6

LAUNCH CAMPAIGN

2021

●  Google Pixel 6

DESCRIPTION
For the launch of Pixel 6, Google's latest and most customisable phone yet, I helped design ads for an integrated campaign on all digital channels.

We developed toolkits for the EMEA region, creating a consistent launch across multiple touchpoints. This was a global launch that touched many hands, moving at a fast pace.

We were supplied with art direction from Google, from which I developed ads from concept to delivery for display, social, search and bespoke takeovers of publishers across Europe.

●  Tokyo 2020 Olympics

DYNAMIC SOCIAL CREATIVE

2021

  Tokyo 2020 Olympics

DESCRIPTION
In 2020, the Olympics was postponed by a year. A year later, with no audience to watch the games, we were tasked with getting news of medal wins out on social. We created an innovative social-first campaign bringing medals to each country in their own language in real-time.

Working closely with the Tokyo Design Team, I led design and animation on this project, extending the design system and visual identity in place for the Games.

The main challenge was creating a scalable design solution for potential 8,000 variations in 8 different countries, whilst feeling consistent with the rest of the Tokyo 2020 identity. The campaign was successful, receiving 417k clicks and leading 138k unique users to the Olympics site. It also won Best Paid Social & The Grand Prix at The Performance Marketing Awards 2022.

●  Google Pixel 6a

SOCIAL CREATIVE CAMPAIGN

2022

●  Google Pixel 6a

DESCRIPTION
The Pixel 6a is Google’s value-for-money device, aimed at a gen Z audience. To create awareness of its launch, we devised a plan to create thumb-stopping social animations working in partnership with partners embedded in Meta and TikTok.

We picked out the best frames from the hero film for each feature and paired them with a complimentary colour palette. Then set out a style frame and wireframed storyboard. As the ads were only 6 seconds to meet best practice, they had to be short and snappy.
